These Terms govern access to the HMNS platform and related services provided by Humans Served. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these Terms and any order form or subscriber agreement that applies.
Use of the service
You must use HMNS only for lawful business purposes, in line with your organisation's policies and applicable law. You are responsible for users you authorise and for keeping credentials secure.
Subscriber data
Your organisation retains ownership of data entered into HMNS. We provide the platform under the service levels and data-handling terms in your agreement.
Availability and changes
We may update features, security controls, and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or to account contacts.
