Permitted use

Use HMNS to manage human services operations, including parties, programs, workforce, commercial records, and communications, in accordance with your role and authorisations.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access another tenant's data or bypass security controls
• Introducing malware, excessive automated traffic, or interference with the service
• Using the platform for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or fraud
• Sharing credentials or exporting data outside approved purposes

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform and other subscribers. Serious violations may be reported to your organisation and, where required, authorities.
